Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

You must have a registered customer account created through Shopify at the time of purchase. Please use https://account.tinytwinklers.com to log-in into your account.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
Please note: Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error cannot be accepted for return.
Refund & Store Credit Options
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, you can choose one of the following options:

Refund: A refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

Store Wallet Credit: The refund amount can be added as store credit to your Tiny Twinklers account for future purchases.

How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your Tiny Twinklers customer account.

Go to your order history and select the item you wish to return.

Submit a return request.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

In case of defective or wrong items, Tiny Twinklers will cover the return shipping.
